Heartfeltly: IG: CONSCIOUSVIBRANCY Periodic fasting can help clear up the mind and strengthen the body and the spirit Fasting can help you to renew your body and your mind and to deepen your awareness of the spirit within you. On a physical level, as your body gets rid of toxins and has the opportunity to renew and recharge itself, many even seemingly incurable health problems will simply dissolve. Dr. Oda Birchinger who supervised over 70,000 fasts, pointed out that fasting can heal and help rheumatism in the joints and muscles, circulatory problems, skin diseases, allergies, respiratory problems, eye problems, to name just a few. Dr. Tanner who fasted for 53 days when he was 77 years old discovered among other things that his thin, grey hair was replaced with new black hair, the same color he had as a young man. On a mental level, fasting will help you to get rid of worries, fears and anxieties. It will also help you to get rid of all sorts of addictions. On a spiritual level, not only will your awareness of the spirit within you deepen, but as different energy centers open and balance, different powers will begin to emerge spontaneously from within you. The difference between dieting and spiritual fasting is that while you are engaged in spiritual fasting, and are abstaining from food, you are focusing your thoughts on that which is eternal within you. By directing your attention to that which is eternal within you, through meditation, chanting, heartfelt prayer or by repeating spiritual affirmations throughout the day, you will discover that you can go for a long time without food and still not feel hungry, because you will be absorbing the energy directly through breathing and through the energy center on top of your head. โš ๏ธNote: If you are interested in fasting, please do your fair share of research prior to engaging in the practice! You are always there for me if I need to rant and you are one of the most selfless and generous and caring people I know (even though you get a bit crazy around fire and you know... arson). Heartfeltly: You can tell which one will be a good guard dog Dr Smash love Now on this past Mother's Day, I encouraged y'all to call your mama, even if y'all been thru some tough times. I got a very heartfelt message from a follower advising me that some people have been thru deeply traumatic experiences involving their mama and she questioned whether this "one size fits all" advice was appropriate in such situations. As always when I get messages from y'all, I learned that day. And so on Father's Day, I'd like to clarify my message - only u know whether what u and your papa have been thru makes a relationship with him possible. If such a relationship is something u feel is capable of bearing fruit, reach out to the old man and show him some love even tho he done fucked up in the past - and believe me - if God gave men any special powers - it's the special power to especially fuck things up beyond repair thru selfishness, greed or sheer cluelessness (or all of the above). If u can be stronger - if u can forgive, like God forgives - send that man a little love. If it's not possible, spend a little bit of Father's Day saying a prayer for him. Not a long one, just maybe a short one asking God to guide him and help him fix his demons. And who knows. Maybe that prayer will be answered and by next Father's Day he will have proven himself worthy of your love. Ya get me! Bless up โค๏ธ

Heartfeltly: 14 YEARS MEMORIES FOREVER By Jason Witten Nearly 14 years ago to the day I arrived in Dallas. I was a new member of the Dallas Football Cowboys via the 69th pick in the 2003 NFL Draft was as green as any 20year old Tennessee boy could be, carrying the excitement of a little kid on Christmas Day. anxiously awaited the unique privilege given to me by Mr. Jerry Jones to participate in my first NFL mini-camp. This was an exciting time for I had dreamed about it my entire life. As my heart pounded, I got off the plane. grabbed my luggage and headed for the shuttle, eagerly waiting for the next morning to arrive and my journey as a Dallas Cowboy to begin! Little did I know, that in this short 5-mile ride, the most special relationship in my professional career was sitting next to me and about to begin. On the shuttle that day was a young bright-eyed QB from a small D1 AA school, undrafted, and this sort of Huck Finn way about him. There we were-just two kids on the bus, setting out to chase our dream The days following that now famous shuttle ride were not easy...mostly spent being on the receiving end of colorful language from legendary coach Bill P Truth be told, there were many days over the next 168 months of the relationship that were faced with extreme challenges from people inside and outside of our league. However, knowing what l know now, I must say that there is no one and I mean no one-l would have rather had next to me on this journey other than Tony Romo. After taking a few days to reflect and collect my thoughts, lthought it was fitting and felt a desire to share some thoughts about Tony and why will forever be grateful to A9 and his entire fami ly-Candice, Hawk and Rivers While history might remember 9 for the wins and losses, as a Houdini like playmaker, the epic 4th quarter comebacks, the lack of playoff wins, or the Brett Favre-esque no look passes, will always remember much more. No man can write his own history, and I tend to believe that over time the historians will remember Tony as one of the great signalcallers of his era. For me, I will remember that ultra-driven athlete who worked his tail off to learn how to perfect the proper throwing motion. The player who would stand at the chalk board tirelessly thinking through and dissecting how to block-up a brutal Jim Johnson blitz. A guy who would take command at the line of scrimmage with the authority of a S-star miitary general all while having the charisma of Joe Namath and the competitive fire of Michael Jordan. Tony would break down the nuances of a route tree as if he was the wide-out. Ultimately, he became a player that would set the highest standard for himself, because he knew it would create higher expectations for all of those around him. Players had to play better and coaches had to coach better. Most fondly, I will remember aman with a big heart, who loved to include others and took a great sense of pride in watching them enjoy the fruits of his labor. A man with an infectious personality and a contagious smile and wonderful sons-I know how proud they are proud of their pop It brings a smile to my face knowing that Tony wahave more time with his boys as they come of age. am certain their lives will be better for it, because, with 9 as your pilot, you feel as if you can conquer the world. I know I sure felt that way 9, I am forever grateful to have had you as my QB. Your God.given talent and ability has positively impacted not just my life, but my entire family. lam proud to call you my dear friend and brother for life. Heartfeltly: confused by snow @Drsmashlove Message from my lil homegirl this morning: "I have a question and it's a real ponderance and you seem to know a lot about these things but here goes: Why do guys think I'm more attractive when I'm angry but turn around and tell me to smile more?" Ok here go my thoughts: (1) Men are fvcked up creatures - we think women are sexy when they're angry, sad, pissed off, serious, crying, etc. Resting bitch face is usually sexy on beautiful girls. As I said here before, I find these faces so hot that I will be an asshole just to elicit these faces from a girl (and, if I'm lucky, punches, slaps, attempted headlocks, and possibly a tearful strangulation where I have to beg for my life - the crazier the better - flash my life before my eyes mama - my body is ready ๐Ÿ˜). (2) That said, men want to be around girls who are fun, free-spirited, and irreverent. Like a serious face is sexy but if a girl is serious all the time it's not chill. Men like to be around women who are chill. Like u gotta be able to roll a joint or pack a bowl and then say some hilarious shit to set the mood. Actually the best of both worlds is dry ass humor where u say shit that make me fall over laughing but in a deadpan, deadass manner. Like I went out with this girl Bruh she said "I once went home with a guy and after we hooked up he sat up in bed, took out his laptop, and said 'I missed one of Trump's speeches today, I'm gonna watch it real quick.' I have never regretted hooking up with someone more in my entire life." No smiles. She said that shit with heartfelt regret. I COLLAPSED LAUGHING MY ASS OFF BRUH I DIED ๐Ÿ˜‚.
