Bad, Family, and Friends: I found myself reflecting on life this morning.... More specifically about how BIG life really is and how we forget that life can change in a moment. I thought about all the things that I thought were huge deals that weren’t and how what seemed like the end in sooo many ways during sooo many circumstances were just the beginning. I thought about a broken heart as a teenager and how I thought my life was over....😂😂😂 I thought about being fired from Sonic at 17 and that my professional career was over!😂😂😂 I’ve thought many times I’m not good enough and I honestly never will be.....I think we ALL do! I thought about my entire military career and how I truly thought that was it for me.....nothing wrong with it in any way, but that was truly the plan for 12 years....... Then in an instant.....it all changed and life had a different plan in store all together. I thought about friends and family that are no longer here. I thought about how unfair it all seems and thoughts of why them instead of me kick in.....I also thought about how much they would have loved to see what is happening. The point is simply this..... Life is fluid and ever changing! Sometimes it changes for the good and sometimes it changes for the bad......the point is to keep going! Where you are now (Good place or bad place) is EXACTLY where you are supposed to be and it’s preparing you for your next place and your next step! Take your chances, live in your moments, and LIVE YOUR LIFE!!! Trust me.....it’s worth it! -Graham🇺🇸 life real daily freedom blackriflecoffee tattoo

Instagram, Memes, and Netflix: Spike Lee's 'She's Gotta Have lt' Series Renewed For Second Season @balleralert Spike Lee’s ‘She’s Gotta Have It’ Series Renewed For Second Season - blogged by: @ashleytearra ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ She’s gotta have it, and so do we. SpikeLee’s Netflix-produced comedic drama, ‘She’s Gotta Have It’, has just been renewed for season two, and we can barely contain our excitement. The announcement was made via Instagram by Spike Lee, himself, and his wife, Tonya Lewis Lee, who also serves as an executive producer of the series. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Based on Lee’s 1986 directorial debut film, coined under the same name, ‘She’s Gotta Have It’, the series, follows a modernized version of twenty-something-year-old Brooklyn-based artist, Nola Darling-portrayed by DeWanda Wise, and her carefree lifestyle as she deals with three romantic relationships with three completely different men. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Sexually liberated, socially unconventional, unapologetically black and feminist, Darling’s controversial character is already innovatively breaking social barriers, as it authentically showcases sexuality and self-freedom in a whole new light. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ On November 23rd, 2017, the series made its exclusive ten-episode premiere of season one on Netflix, immediately garnering loads of pleasing reviews. According to Deadline, season two will hold a number of eight episodes. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ As of now, we’re not sure of an exact release date for the new season; however, just know that it is certainly on its way. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Until then, see you soon, Nola Darling.

Advice, Food, and Fresh: fireable no longer going to pursue a career! id like to be a rock. thanks whatblackparadise metamorphic or igneous itsmurjana neither, dwayne the Some nifty websites for cooking at home These are just a few websites I have under my bookmarks for when I look up recipes and whatnot. I figured if anyone else can get some use out of them I may as well share. Two Foods - Compare the nutritional value of two foods. Useful for finding healthier brands or comparing white to wheat to gluten free…things like that. Food52 Hotline - Ask for cooking help and advice from other people even while in the middle of cooking. Also has a stash of recipes. Seasonal Food Guide - What produce is in season right now in your state or when a particular produce will be in season…for those who try to eat organic and fresh. Some produce will have recipes pop up next to them. My Fridge Food - REALLY helpful if you are tight on money and-or can’t make a grocery run, just lazy, or trying something new. Check off things you have in your kitchen and this site searches for recipes you can make with what you’ve got (I’ve personally had to use this site so much). 40 meals in 4 hours, 30 Meals in 3 Hours, 20 Meals in 2 Hours or 7 Meals in 1 Hour - For when you don’t have a whole lot of time every single day to plan meals, but can set aside a few hours in one day to prepare and freeze meals that can later just be tossed into a slow cooker (Slow cookers are life savers! There are sooo many easy, toss-it-together recipes for slow cookers). AllRecipes - My personal favorite site for looking up recipes because they make it easy to search by type of dish, type of diet, by how cheap or quick it is to cook. And recipes can be submitted and reviewed by anyone (so you can find 20 different ways to make a single dish). My Grocery Deals, Broke and Healthy Recipes, and Compare Price - I haven’t really used these three a whole lot so I have no real input other than basically they help during those times in life you have to be really frugal. billsimportantposts
