Bailey needs to get her head out of her ass (sorry Chandra, ily!!) and realize that Richard is amazing and that Minnick has nothing on him. I really feel bad hating Eliza even though she's potentially taking Richard's job because I really really really love Marika and I want to like Eliza and I want to ship Ariliza BUT I JUST CANT BECAUSE ELIZAS SO ANNOYING ALL THE TIME!! I was super disappointed in the fact that DeLuca, Riggs and April barely got screen time this episode because Giacomo, Martin and Sarah are so talented and I feel like we've barely seen them this season. I'm so proud of Maggie, Jackson and April for organizing everything against Eliza- SHE NEEDS TO UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS NKT OKAY TO MESS WITH THE OG CHIEF OKAY? OKAY. I am not an Omelia shipper, but I just want their marriage to work out because Owen needs to be happy. He deserves the world and the universe just keeps giving him so much crap and he's just taking it. He needs to stop accepting it and demand something more. He deserves it. I really liked how much screen time my pretty baby Jerrika Delayne Hinton ( my Jer Bear❤) got this episode!😍 Jerrika is so amazingly talented. I loved getting to see Steph's house, even though I wasn't a fan of the fact that she was hiding Amelia. And my poor little baby Arizona💘 she was just trying to help the patient😞 I really hope we get an update on Mindy and the hockey guys that Jo and Ben were treating because I'm interested to find out what happened to them. I liked how 'Zona and Leah were civil and nice to each other. I can really see a nice professional relationship forming there- even if they have a rocky past. Speaking of Josephine Alice Wilson... JO GET YO HEAD OUT OF YO ASS AND TREAT YOUR PATIENTS FOR GODS SAKE When Arizona returned home to her and DeLuca's house, they had such a cute moment on the stairs, and for a second I thought that they were going to kiss...
